IBM Launches New WebSphere, Tivoli Certs
3/15/2006 -- IBM recently released several new exams for its WebSphere and Tivoli certification programs.
Candidates can now earn the following WebSphere titles:
- IBM Certified Solution Designer, WebSphere MQ 6.0 (Exam #996)
- IBM Certified Solution Developer, WebSphere IIS DataStage Enterprise Edition 7.5 (Exam #445)
The company also unveiled a suite of updated Tivoli credentials:
- IBM Certified Advanced Deployment Professional, Tivoli Enterprise Management Solutions 2006 (Exams #890 and #594)
- IBM Certified Advanced Deployment Professional, Tivoli Provisioning Management Solutions 2006 (Exams #870 and #771, plus ITIL exam)
- IBM Certified Advanced Deployment Professional, Tivoli Security Management Solutions 2006 (Exam #877 and #876)
- IBM Certified Advanced Deployment Professional, Tivoli Storage Management Solutions 2006 (Exam #799 plus two electives)
The previous versions of these certifications will be retired this month.
IBM exams are available at Prometric and Pearson Vue testing centers worldwide. Most IBM exams costs $125 U.S.
