8/13/03: Anonymous says: How about the recent MSBlast.exe or Blaster virus outbreak that has attacked hundreds of thousands computers and servers including mine and MS website servers themselves? I've never learned that hole in my MCSE study, and it attacked the Windows 2000, XP, and 2003 line...big WOW huh?! Anyways, most of job descriptions for net admin include requirement for latest MCSE, so I'll get it anyways, regardles of other possible holes in it, oh well what can I say, can't stay away from MS if you want to stay and get a job in IT...
8/13/03: Anonymous says: Don't upgrade now, the Win2k3 and win2k is completely different. I mean Microsoft put a lot of new stuff in it this time, and I believe on the MOC this time compare to the previous MOC on win2k.
8/14/03: Anonymous says: If you didn't learn about security patches in your MCSE study, you didn't study very hard. Service Pack, Patch, use SUS. It's not actually all that tough fellas.
8/15/03: Anna Nicole says: Guys really, quit being morons. The exams are not hard, as long as you deserve having an IT job... If they are hard, get out of IT. Yes, do the upgrade now. So what if they are making money, you are getting certified... sounds like an even trade... it is only $250 for both tests.
