Cisco Ups Some International Exam Prices

10/2/2002 -- Cisco Systems announced this week that it has raised the international prices of some exams.

According to Cisco's Web sites, all exams with the starting numbers of 640- and 9E0- now cost between $125 and $150 U.S. equivalent. The Foundation exam, 640-841, now costs between $250 and $300 U.S. equivalent.

U.S. exams remain priced at $125 ($250). The CCIE qualification exams still cost $300 U.S. (or equivalent) worldwide.

Cisco did not detail which exams' prices were raised internationally. It recommends that candidates check with Vue or Prometric when registering for an exam.
