6/18/2001 -- Important deadlines for two Microsoft certifications will occur at the end of this month.

If you've ever wanted to become certified in as a MCP +Site Building, you have until June 30. That's when Microsoft will retire the 70-055 FrontPage 98 exam -- a requirement to achieve MCP +SB.

As previously announced by Microsoft, no replacement exam will be offered. The title itself will expire in June 2001.

June 30 is also the deadline for MCSEs certified in NT 3.51 to upgrade their certification. As NT 4.0 exams are no longer available, these MCSEs must pass Windows 2000-related exams to keep their title current.
