9/12/2001 -- As expected, the Linux Professional Institute's (LPI's) combined Level 2 beta was released last week.

The beta has been created to test questions for the two exams that will eventually make up LPI's second level of certification.

The beta costs $84. Those will pass the beta will be certified as Level 2.
