1/25/2006 -- It appears there's still a few days left to take advantage of a 10 percent discount Sun is offering on its certification exams.

While originally promoted as being available through 2005, according to text on Sun's Web page for the promotion, the 10 percent discount can actually be applied to exams purchased by Jan. 31 -- even though a main heading on the same page say the promotion is only valid through December. CertCities.com was unable to contact a Sun representative by press time to ask about the discrepancy.

To qualify for the discount, candidates must use "Priority Code WW26CXG" when registering for the exam and "purchase a qualifying Sun certification exam, assignment, or essay by January 31, 2006," the site says.

According to site, the discount can be applied to all Sun certification exams.
