Prosoft To Retire CIW Associate 4, Offers Discount for Upgraders
1/5/2005 -- ProsoftTraining.com recently announced that its Certified Internet Webmaster (CIW) Associate 4 exam, CIW Foundations (#1D0-410), will retire at the end of the month.
Those still interested in becoming a CIW Associate with this version of the exam have until Jan. 31 to take it at their local Pearson Vue or Prometric testing center.
The company released the CIW Associate 5 track, consisting of the new Foundations 5 exam (#1D0-510), in November.
In related news, the company also just announced a new discount voucher for the Foundations 5 exam, available to anyone who earned the CIW Associate 4 title. The vouchers allows those upgrading to take the new exam for $95 (U.S.), $30 off the normal exam price of $125.
The voucher must be used by June 30. It can be applied for on the CIW Web site here.
