Microsoft Offers 30 Percent Off Exams in Latin America
2/18/2004 -- Microsoft Corp. recently announced a 30 percent discount off the price of all its certification exams in South and Central America.
This discount appears to be available only to those already certified as Microsoft Certified Professionals (MCP), as only MCPs can access the secure area on Microsoft's Web site here where the discount codes for this promotion are located.
The discount codes can be used at both Pearson Vue and Prometric testing centers. There appears to be no limit on the number of exams the codes can be applied to.
In most countries, the promotion is already underway. For those in Columbia, Ecuador, Peru and Venezuela, the promotion opens March 15.
Exams must be taken by April 15, except for candidates in the above countries, who must take their exams by June 15.  -Becky Nagel
