Well, other than the $175 US pricetag, not a bad concept. For companies that use widespread wireless, this could be the key to getting hired. Personally, I have a hard time with the ticket price... Planet3 thinks it's pretty bigtime to demand that kind of money! |

CompTIA exams are more expensive than $175. Security+ is $225. So are some Cisco and Microsoft. I think $175 is about industry average, if not even a little below. |

The CWSP program appears attractive, however the current pricetag is high for a new cert. in an evolving field. If Planet3 wants to elevate and spread their products into the mainstream, they would do well to offer (for the short term) less expensive exams. Charging $50 for a study guide, $75 for a book, and another $175 for the exam is just a bit much. |
