SAIR-GNU Exams Free at LinuxWorld


1/4/2001 -- SAIR Linux and GNU Certification (SAIR-GNU) recently announced that it will offer free review sessions and free Level I certification exams to all pre-registered LinuxWorld Conference and Expo participants.

LinuxWorld is being held in New York City from Jan. 30 through Feb. 2. The free exams, to be administered by Prometric, will be available on a first come, first serve basis.

SAIR-GNU is developing a Linux certification program with three levels. Each level is made up of four exams. Currently, only the first-level exams are available.

While the training and testing are free, SAIR-GNU is offering optional pre-preparation kits via its Web site for $149.99 each.
