9/10/2002 -- Late last month Avaya announced that it would be offering free beta exams for its new line of CRM specialist certifications.

The betas being offered are:

• Multimedia Contact Centers Design
• Multimedia Contact Centers Implementation
• Proactive Contact Solutions Design
• Proactive Contact Solutions Implementation
• Interactive Response Systems Design
• Interactive Response Systems Implementation

Registration for the above exams is available through Vue. Candidates who hold the company's associate certification and pass one of the above titles will be awarded the corresponding Avaya Certified Specialist title, the company said.
