5/21/2007 -- Citrix Systems announced this week that it is expanding the distribution of its certification exams by adding Pearson Vue as a test delivery provider.

Citrix exams will continue to be available through Thomson Prometric testing centers.

Pearson Vue and Thompson Prometric are the two leading vendors for IT certification exam delivery. Each has thousands of testing centers worldwide.

Several certification vendors -- including Microsoft, Cisco and now Citrix -- use both to deliver their exams, but many others select one provider. Exams through both providers cost the same.
