7/27/2005 -- Nortel Networks recently announced new certifications for its CallPilot 4.0 and Communications Control Kit 5.0 applications.

Three titles are now available for CallPilot 4.0:

• Nortel Networks Certified Design Specialist (NCDS): CallPilot 4.0
• Nortel Networks Certified Support Specialist (NCSS): CallPilot 4.0 Installation and Maintenance
• Nortel Networks Certified Support Specialist (NCSS): CallPilot 4.0 System Administrator

All three titles require passing one Nortel exam created for the specialty.

The company also announced a new Communication Control Toolkit 5.0 certification, Nortel Networks Certified Support Specialist (NCSS): Nortel Communication Control Toolkit 5.0. This title also requires passing one exam.
