5/10/2005 -- Earlier this month Citrix Systems announced new Citrix Access Suite 4.0 tracks for its Certified Citrix Administrator (CCA) title.

The two new tracks are:

• CCA for Citrix Presentation Server 4.0 (Exam #256)
• CCA for Citrix Password Manager 4.0 (Exam #326)

The company has yet to announce when the exams for these tracks will be available. Both will share a common e-learning training requirement, Citrix Access Suite 4.0: Common Management Platform Administration (CTX-1455AW), scheduled to go live in May.

According to Citrix Marketing Communications lead Mark Carter, the company will continue to offer the current CCA tracks MetaFrame Access Suite 3.0 and MetaFrame Presentation Server XP.

Details on upcoming Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator Access Suite 4.0 tracks have yet to be released.
