3/16/2005 -- Cisco Systems recently announced recertification requirements for its Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP) title.

The certification launched in 2002 and must be renewed every three years. According to the announcement, there are three ways for CCSPs to renew their title:

• Pass the Cisco SAFE Implementation Exam (642-541)
• Pass any CCIE written exam
• Achieve a CCIE certification
