8/18/2004 -- Pearson Vue testing centers and Macromedia are offering a special promotion this month, giving candidates worldwide a 60 percent discount off the price of several Macromedia certification exams.

The promotion applies to all Macromedia exams except Macromedia Flash MX Developer (#601) and (#801) Dreamweaver MX Developer.

To get the discount, candidates must use the code AUGCERT when registering.

Macromedia's exams typically range in price from $100 (U.S.) to $150 (U.S.).
