5/11/2004 -- Cisco announced Monday that it will be releasing a new Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) written exam on June 1: Content Networking.

The exam, #350-026, will consist of 100 multiple-choice questions and last two hours. The blueprint for this new exam can be found here. Those who pass will be allowed to sit for the CCIE Service Provider (formerly CCIE Communications and Services) lab exam.

When live, this qualification exam will be available through Prometric and Pearson Vue testing centers worldwide. More information on Cisco's CCIE program can be found here. -Becky Nagel
