11/17/2003 -- This week Cisco Systems added five more titles to its Cisco Qualified Specialist program.

The titles are:

• Cisco Access Routing and LAN Switching Specialist
• Cisco IP Telephony Express Specialist
• Cisco Network Management Specialist
• Cisco Public Access Design Specialist
• Cisco Public Access Support Specialist.

Candidates must also hold a current Cisco certification (qualifying titles vary by track) to pursue the titles. Each requires passing two to three exams, which are now live, Cisco said.

Cisco launched the Qualified Specialist program in February 2001. These latest additions bring the total number of Qualified Specialist offerings to 18, not including sales variations.
