1/8/2003 -- Cisco Systems recently announced a beta for its CCIE Communications and Services IP Telephony qualification exam.

The beta is available at Vue and Prometric testing centers worldwide through January 20. The fee is $50. Those who pass will receive credit and can go on to take the corresponding CCIE lab exam, Cisco said.
