10/17/2001 -- IBM recently announced that it has released three new exams for its Technical Storage certification:

• Enterprise Tape Solutions Version 2 (Exam 248)
• Enterprise Disk Solutions Version 2 (Exam 249)
• Mid-Range Storage Technical Solutions Version 3 (Exam 273)

According to IBM, the new exams replace tests 244:Enterprise Tape Solutions, 245:Enterprise Disk Solutions and 247:Midrange Storage Technical Solutions. All are currently available in English through Prometric testing centers and IBM training facilities.
