Linux+ Objectives Released


5/3/2001 -- The Computer Technology Industry Association recently released the exam objectives for its upcoming Linux+ certification.

According to a "blueprint" posted on the CompTIA Web site, the exam will test candidates knowledge in the following areas:

Domain % of Exam
Planning the Implementation 4%
Installation 12%
Configuration 15%
Administration 18%
System Maintenance 14%
Troubleshooting 18%
Hardware 19%
