Microsoft Offers Free Exam Retakes via 'Second Shot' Program

9/19/2007 -- Microsoft has revived its popular exam retake program that allows a candidate for any IT professional, developer or Dynamics exam to retake any failed exam. The program is available worldwide at all Prometric testing centers.

According to information posted on Microsoft's Web site, candidates must register into the second-shot program prior to registering for an exam.

Once registered, candidates can apply for one free retake after failing any qualifying exam. Microsoft recommends that test takers wait at least a day after taking a failed exam before registering for a retake.

Test takers can apply the free retake for each paid exam.

The exam retake program runs until Jan. 30, 2008. To learn more, click here. -Michael Domingo
