TRACK NOTES:      Two tracks: Design and Implementation. Each has five specific Solution Areas: Interactive Response, Interaction Center, IP Telephony, Messaging and Predictive Dialing.

EXAMS:
     Each track requires one core proctored exam (or TIA CTP credential) and one Web-based elective exam. Proctored exam available at Pearson Vue. For more info, click here.
